We enjoyed this place - nicely appointed hotel.
The stay was absolutely enjoyable. Everything was very good, extremely friendly staff, wonderful views of the cathedral and the Iguana Park. The restaurant was particularly good for lunch and dinner, we ordered fresh dishes. The bedroom was actually comfy.

Comfortable
We had to wait for more than one hour to get our room prepared, even though we had arrived after lunch and their time out for the hotel is at 11am

Family with children relaxing stay
The breakfast was very nice! And the view from our room overlooking that massive park was amazing. The kids loved looking out at the iguanas climbing the trees every morning.
It wasn't cheap, but still pretty reasonable for what you get.

The room felt cramped, especially given the price, and I missed having the option for fresh air since the window didn't open. The lack of a bartender on weekends at the bar was a noticeable inconvenience-missed opportunities for a nightcap. Breakfast sets you back an extra fifteen bucks and seems to have lost quality with the removal of certain staples like bacon.

Really good Service and Comfort
I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room with soft, cozy bedding. The staff was genuinely friendly, especially at breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. The location next to the park and near the Malecón is perfect for a quick exploration of the area. One minor improvement would be to enhance evening lighting in the hotel corridors for added comfort when moving about at night.

The Standard Queen Room was clean and spacious, with really comfortable beds. I loved the great shower pressure too. The view of the park and cathedral from the window was a nice bonus. A few areas seemed to need some updates, but it wasn't a big deal. I had a pleasant stay!
